This sometimes happens if the current Windows installation lacks some important component required to run Corona, however, we are currently not certain what component it is. The full error message is:
DLL <C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2016\plugins\CoronaUtils2016.dlt> failed to initialize. Error code 193 - %1 is not a valid Win32 application.
Possible solutions:
- Upgrade Windows to 11, or newer
- Reinstall Windows
- Reinstall Corona
