Resetting the Render Settings in V-Ray for 3ds Max

Open the Render Setup window.
Switch the Renderer to a render different than V-Ray.
Revert back to V-Ray.

In 3ds Max it is also possible to reset Numeric Parameters to their defaults by right-clicking on the spinner icon:

To reset all settings to their default values, go to Render Setup > Settings > Reset Settings:

Then click on Reset:
