What do I do if Enscape is crashing?

If Enscape is crashing or showing any error messages, or if you are experiencing unexpected behavior when using Enscape, we kindly ask you to submit an error report to our support team. This report contains all of the necessary information about your machine and Enscape installation to allow us to begin the troubleshooting process. 

To send us an error report, simply click the [Feedback] button in the Enscape context menu. Please make sure that 'Include Logfiles into feedback' is checked in the Enscape Feedback window.
