This is usually an indication that the model is very far away from the project origin, or that there is an extremely large (ground) plane in your project. You can try the following steps - whatever is applicable and possible in your case:
- Resize the whole model to make it smaller and to avoid exceeding the dimension constraints;
- Remove parts of the project and put it in a separate project;
- Move the model back to the center of the project;
- Remove the plane;
- Only in case of Revit: use a section box/cut to reduce the area and amount of geometry that should be rendered.
