It’s possible that throughout your work with Enscape, you might encounter an error. While the causes can vary, they are often not difficult to resolve.
Typically, the error says:
"Error starting Enscape
Enscape could not start. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are eager to fix the problem you've encountered, so please send us an error report. Your feedback includes the Enscape log files. This helps us to fix the problem sooner!"
In a lot of cases, simply checking if everything is up to date and installing any pending updates, would be enough.
Things to check for pending updates usually include:
- Enscape;
- Graphics card driver;
- Host application;
- (Optional) CPU driver.
For the rest of the cases, however, it would be more efficient to contact the Enscape Support team, so the logs can be inspected and a viable solution to be recommended.
