Due to the nature of some issues, it might not be possible to submit a report through the Enscape 'Support' button, as attempting to do so will produce an error message. In those cases, it's still possible to share the logs with the Enscape Support team by manually acquiring them.

Here's how to manually submit your logs:
1. First, you'll need to navigate to the directory where they are stored. The easiest way is to copy and paste the following path in your Windows Explorer - %localappdata%\Enscape\Logs
2. The next step is to select all of the folders in that directory and zip them.
3. Finally, when creating a ticket through the Chaos Help Center > 'Contact Support', you have the option to add attachments to your support request. Upload the zip file you created and submit your request.
