If you have connection issues when using a VR unit, the first thing that you should check is that Enscape, the Operating System, the VR Headset’s Firmware, graphics card driver, and Steam VR are all up-to-date.
Doing this resolves most issues that can occur when calibrating, pairing, and syncing VR units to the computer.
Also, please make sure that your settings match those as described in this documentation page.
If, after making sure all software is up to date and having rebooted the machine, the issues persist, then please send us a feedback report and include the VR headset model you are using.
