If you have connection issues when using a VR unit, the first thing that you should check is that your Operating System, VR Headset Firmware, Graphics Card Driver, and software, such as Steam VR, are all as up-to-date as possible.
Doing this resolves most issues that can occur when calibrating, pairing, and syncing VR units to the computer.

If, after making sure all software is up to date and having rebooted the machine, the issues persist, then please send us a feedback report, including the log files as seen here, and please let us know in the description what VR headset you are using as well.
